Basket lar the bus driver. Thankfully I didnt waste my breath argueing w/ vermin like cos yes, I'm in the wrong, but do you really have to be so rude about it!?

To whom it may concern,

At 09:50 today, I had boarded the bus 76, SBS7423T, and had my ez link card confiscated by the bus driver. However, this email I'm sending is not to illustrate how mad I am at it, or how I want to demand my ez link card back, because yes, I know that I was in the wrong. In this case, I would like to comment on the behaviour of the driver.

I had boarded the bus, tapped my ez link card, and the driver had just waved at me as I started to pass him. I stopped, & he just took the ez link card from my hand without any explanation or what. Naturally, I was bewildered by this. He took my ez link, & just put it into his pocket. A string of chinese words, all mumbled, was said, & I had no idea what he was talking about. So, without any explanations or reasonings, he had confiscated my ez link card.

Is this the way the bus drivers are supposed to react when they spot something wrong with the card? Just take it from the passenger without any reasons, handed the passenger a card & a ticket, and the passenger is supposed to move along, and just pretend that okay, nothing had happened.

Imagine if you yourself were a passenger. You happily board the bus, ready to go home, you tap the card, and then suddenly it was taken away from you without any explanations. You'll probably be thinking from my point of view too: That is just very rude of the driver. & the explanation was all mumbled up, how was any passenger supposed to hear it!?

If this is the way you train your bus drivers to be, then I simply have nothing more to say.

Yes, indeed, I sent that to the SBS Transit company. I'm really not pissed abt them taking my ez link. Its just the behavior. I didnt even have time to react, & I didnt know what the hell he was talking about. Other than a 'huh okay', what else am I supposed to say!? Gee.

Skaters' Area was totally TK Park lar can. Loads of TKsians were there, simply hanging arnd or blading. Lol. Fun lar can, but I got dizzy cos was turning round and round. It so reminded me of speed skating, haha, pro lar pro lar. LOL! Hung out a lot at the Skaters' Area & then it rained! Can you believe it. Of all days rain, it rain today. Sheesh. But yeah, the rain stopped. Couple of people went home ( WF, Jierong, Chee Yang etc.) while the rest of us continued skating. Joined the bbq at night & then went blading towards the Bedok Jetty there, w/ CS, Ian & Selena. ( They cycled while Sele & I bladed.) Lol. Hm yeah. Fun lar fun lar.

2 tests so far & its only tuesday. Darn.

Social Studies test. Guess what. Ruiwen & I were chiong-ing just before the test start. Lol, Yapseng too. The three of us were pacing outside the class/inside the class, mumbling what we were trying to memorise under our breath. Or in my case, annoying the hell out of Ruiwen by repeating all I'm learning to her. HAHA. Damn funny.
SS lecture was super duper boring okay! Must sit alternate seats somemore when Lena Poh came in & scolded us sia. TTF said that we cld sit whereever we want okay, sheesh. Its the first time Aiyan nv listen to tcher! Lol. She was doodling on her paper. I was staring back at Amirul when he stared at me ( damn him & his camera. -.-). Ruiwen was sms-ing w/ her phone guang ming zhen da on her table, lol. We noticed this on the floor:

Sent a certain VeronLGR off at the airport last night. To think, it'll be at least 10 more months before we can see her again ( other than webcamming/pictures!). In this last few months, I've gotten so used to her being in SG, and we keep sms-ing each other, & then how, I might accidentally msg her while she's in Australia, lol! Gotta get used to not typing her name into the phone to send a message yeah.

Its a Sunday & tmr the whole crazy schedule of school weeks would start all over again, this week worse than ever because of the many many tests ( we are only relieved of tests on FRIDAY!). Darnnnnnnn. Look what we signed up for when we signed up for sch? ): We didnt even have a choice.
Good stuff abt sch > FRIENDS.
Bad stuff abt sch > Studying, exams, teachers ( certain ones!).

Okay, I went out w/ Veron&Jonas for dinner @ Seoul Garden today! :D
Met Veron at abt 4.15pm first to walk arnd, Veron went to buy her black converse for school, th full black one, & then headed to Marina Square to look arnd & wait for the penguin ( Jonas!). Wait so long for him until wanna faint frm hunger liao ( haha!). When he left his hse ( finally), we went to Seoul Garden there & see if got seats. Have loads, cos the place was kinda empty & not rly INSIDE the place. But anywya, yeah. Me & Veron sat on the steps outside & chatted for a while, saw the sunset at Esplanade there frm the steps & created images frm clouds (lol!). Then finally Jonas came lar, & I swear, he's damn funny. Made Veron & I laugh like shit. I laugh until I feel like got something choking me can, lol! Laugh until sure got indigestion sia, tsk. All the food Veron/I dont want, just dump onto his plate & he'll eat one! Hahaha.
So fun. :D Reached home at arnd 10.15pm.
Airport to see Veron off tmr.. She's gg back to Australia liao. ): Nov then come back, how sad.

I should have told you outright about my leaving. But I do not know how to say a proper goodbye, so I asked Sarah and Armalina to help me organised a makan session. It is supposed to be my farewell treat. Since I also owe 3C06 a treat for doing well in Sport Carnival and Road Run, so it's a 2-in-1 treat!

I'm always on the look out for you guys, I've spies in TK! I believe you've the ability to perform, all you need to do is to flap your wings!

The E Maths quiz didnt help either! The first worksheet was so demoralizing la, I dont even know how to do can. But the E Maths past O level paper during lecture, that was nice, cos I cld do. :D Haha. Anyway, back to topic. Ya, stoned. I was staring into space the whole time during tuition can, lol!

When one speaks of a perfect world, he/she speaks of a world without crime, world peace basically. But havent anyone thought that, if there's world peace & no criminals/accidents etc, many people would have no jobs if they are policemen/armymen/civil servants etc? Tsk, so it ends up w/ less job oppurtunities, and there would be a high poverty rate, especially since prices have been going up nowadays (hinthint GST). And thus the world would still not be perfect what. So why bother thinking abt a perfect world? :D

ITS FINALLY THE WEEKENDS. :D

& &, tuition is over for the day! Meaning its time to relax, to regenerate and grab what possible leisure time we have, before the hectic schedules start all over again during the weekdays of school. School's been as boring as ever, w/ time passing during the lessons as slowly as ever. & I haven't been home at 2pm in eons since school started, thanks to the remedials, supplementaries, going-parkways, CCAs, tests etc. Even if I went parkway, I wld have to go after everything else, which ends at least at 4pm. Annoying aint it, to not be able to go home and relax straight after sch. Friday though, is my slack day. That's the only day which I can have a life! Go out, go home, etc. Anything I want, cos no Chinese as I have a brilliant teacher. :D

It's been raining for the past few days, which means cold weather plus me getting distracted by the pitter patter of the rain as I sit right next to the door, and it also means that we students get more sleepy than ever. GREAT.
But I honestly can't complain. I do enjoy the rain though. Lol! Singapore's so hot in the usual days that I'll welcome any sort of cold weather. Anything at all, since Singapore doesnt have the beautiful four seasons ( sadly) that most other countries have. So thats the one reason why, I'd hate to go anywhere for the holidays to places that are not cold. I've definitely have had enough of the heat, lol.
Moving on.

We Sec 4s have no life, I tell you. Everyday we stay back for remedial, supplementary lessons and whatnots. School end already about 4+pm, dont need to go out or whatever. At the most we go parkway, but only can stay for a teeny weeny short while. Sheesh.

Wednesday: English test.
Thursday: A Maths lecture?, Drama, Tuition
Friday: NOTHING. :D ( out w/ Veron! though)

Ohmygee, I'm damn tired.
Yawn. Slept so late.. this morning. I was awake long enough to see the sunrise & then conked out liao ( w/ a super bad sore throat that hurts like shit!). Woke up at (gasp) 10am+, cos my brother had to be an idiot & purposely come into the room to make noise & cut open a present my dad recieved. Hell to him man, for cutting my sleep short ( dreamless slp!). ):
Anyway, lounged arnd for a while & then guests began to arrive. First to arrive was my lovelaye cousin w/ his even more lovelaye PSP & Ridge Racer 2!! Lala. & that was the cause of it all, of why I didnt entertain my friends. Sore throat
& flu is just an inch behind that on my list of "Why I left my friends to their own devices". Oh well.

I think this year's cake tastes much better than the past years.
Past years > Mocha Almond Fudge + somethingsomething Mint (green color one!).
This year > Chocolate Peanut Buttercup + Macadamia Nut.

Speaking of red packets... I passed the red packet my aunt gave me to my 1 yr old cousin ( more like my father's cousin's daughter), Andrea, & she let me carry her! Lol. She didnt even care when her mother walked towards the door, saying byebye & even carrying her bag to go off, haha. SO CUTE LAR SHE. Chubby chubby one. :D Her eyes are big & cute & full of innocence, and one of her eyebrows go up when she laughs, damn cute. Haha. Her laughter also super cute. :D Ah well. Maybe next time can see them at parkway. They live near there. Lalala, super cute I tell you.

Abby: Most of the food is nice there! All those small shops along the street are surprisingly, rather NICE. :D One piece of advice - When you go up to The Peak, DONT TAKE THE BUS. Sure, people might tell you that the view's nicer and all, but then all it serves is to give you a horrible headache & dizziness frm the shaking of the bus. If cannot cannot must sit bus, then at least sit downstairs, though the view ( if you dont die frm the crazy rocking of the bus.) is not that good as sitting upstairs. Oh oh, there's a Chinese restaurant at the Peak which's nice, one of the top floors, though its kinda ex, but the service's good! The waitress was supr nice to us, plus she speaks English too, lol. But basically, the whole HK the food nice la, lol.

It was great to have the whole day of skating! Lalala. For some reason, it was full day skate & free skates (lucky people, ha.)! Thus Veron, Sele, Jasmine & I stayed for like, 5 hrs there. Jayne, Julian&Colin left halfway to catch a movie @ Orchard.

I had the most fun w/ puddles today at orchard road. (: Let me elaborate further.

Met Sihui at Orchard there today, where we got caught by a guy who was advertising for a place called Create Talents Pte Ltd (www.createtalents.com). And then we went off, through the rain & through this christmas walk thingy, lol, which was actually just a walk through thing which was nth at all, except the drinking water which amused me, to Taka. That was where I introduced Sihui to the oh-so-wonderful Crystal Jade! Haha. She hadnt been there before so of cos, I had to show her right, since she wanted to know abt the nice food. :D So ate & paid, and then we, being mad, took off on a stroll down Orchard Road, armed w/ umbrellas, just to see the nice lights. So the rain was on & off, sometimes drizzle, sometimes pouring. It thus created puddles on the ground, which I must admit, I had fun walking through them and splashing some unto the poor unsupecting Sihui.
Mwahaha, am I evil or what. >:D

Then we walked one rnd of the whole place, and then walked back to Somerset MRT, spotting one of the deepest and biggest puddles we've ever seen, & thus crowned it the winner of the puddles, lol. Were we mad or what. (:

I feel pity for the woman who slipped outside Taka and fell on her butt. -wince- that must have hurt.
