Well thats about it for today:) I have more pictures though but dont really have to post all, right....? Haha. Facebook, yes no?

Met up with them around 7pm to head to Chomp Chomp! Got takeaway food and went back to my place to eat. These lazy bums complained as they walked to my place frm the MRT. Haha the weather super nice today okay, cos it rained then it was rather cooling when we walked. Had a seafood dinner (with carrot cake for Biondi who cant eat seafood!) & then headed up to my room to chilllll. Haha. Surprise birthday for Biondi who apparently wasnt surprised thanks to his best friend Yongjie!!!! Nevermind, theres always next time hahaha.

Okay so, Liting messaged me to tell me that the new timetable is out so I checked it out and HOLY CRAP ITS TOTALLY SHITTY!!!! EVERYDAY END AT 5-6PM OKAY (except Wed and Fri) WHICH SUCKS. Stupid school, Jc2 supposed to have a better timetable to allow for studying time but whats this. Dont need to have time to do homework already please. I forsee.... pink forms in my future thats starting on Monday. SIGH.

2:33AM right now and Im not the least sleepy. Really,I think my body clock's screwed. Sleeping time typically is like 4AM for me and waking up time can vary between 12pm to 2pm. Haha. Cant imagine when school starts,Im going to be so tired every day.

Speaking of school... I think that its time I start on my work, dont you think? HAHA. But officially, well, its still holidays...... okay this sucks. I cant wait for the timetable for next week school week to be out so that I know which days I can catch up on movies that are coming out next week (Daybreakers!!!!!!) and which day to kbox with J. Haha. And days for Blocks outing.

So later, the Blocks would be coming over to my house after buying food from Chomp chomp. Yeah, that stupid place but worthy food place at Serangoon Gardens that has no proper transport, like MRT for example.

Holidays are ending soon... Im not ready for school to start yet! There are still so many things I wanna do sigh. Once its 11th Jan, school would probably keep me busy busy all the way til the end of the year. Is it too soon to wish that the year would be over soon? I havent even started on my holiday work please. Screwed.

Oh my god I havent said 'screwed' since the start of holidays already. Here we go, complains all over again as soon as I have to wake up at 6.30am every day.

You resented the way you were living but could not do anything because you did not have to means to. Your mind drew circles as you turned, closing your eyes trying to fall asleep. 1, 2, 3, 4, you counted your sheep and when you hit the magic number 200, your mind finally close, as do your eyes.

You dreamt of fresh scented grass that felt crisp against your bare ankles. You dreamt of whimsical twinklings of a harp as you trailed your fingers upon the flowers that shone with the colour of morning dew. The cool breeze trickles along your skin. The warmth of the sun frames your face, exposing a shadow of a smile. You breathe in deep, as the untainted air surrounds you, lifting you so high it was almost impossible to feel the ground. Trailing your hands along the soft leaves, your face lights up with an actual smile. It feels unnatural at first but soon you get used to the corners of your mouth lifting, so dazzling it would rival even the brightest of stars. The sand crumbles beneath your feet as you gazed out longingly at the sea which colour are of crayons. The waves crashed against the shore but alas, all was not to last.

As you wake, I heard the loud sigh from inside your heart. You kept your eyes closed, hoping to return but the stirrings of life outside your window remind you that it was merely a dream.

I cant believe I tossed and turned until 6am before managing to fall asleep yesterday. My mind couldnt blank out and I just thinking of sooo many things which I can barely remember now.

The sky outside looks grey, I think its about to rain. Weather forecast said that it'd rain today so I guess it should be raining soon? Good, at least it wont be too hot when I walk out later to print photos. Haha.

Okay, so on the first of Jan of 2010........ I fell sick.

Yeah what a gift. LOL. Must be my dad la, the moment he got sick everyone else got sick too. Sheesh. Coughs all around for the new year season right. Haha.

So I havent been up to much lately, spend New Years Day at home watching dramas (Beethoven Virus!!!) & dreaming of Julliard LOL. Yeah thats why I said, dreaming. & my brother suddenly proclaims that he wants to learn the violin and the piano, after watching his anime where the character played a very nice piece of music (according to him). He's got the piano sheets and everything and waiting for me to learn how to play and teach him. Haha.

Last post of 2009!

2009 was just like every other year, full of ups and downs.
Its yet another year that defined who I am, and who Im going to be.
As cliche as it sounds, its another year that I grew older.
Many relationships around me were tested (friendships I mean!), some drifted, some stayed the same, and some got closer (Blocks!).
But lets not dwell on things that we cant change, the could-have-beens.

Instead, hello 2010:)
Since its a new year, we have to do things differently, so I hope
To not get kicked out of school
To end my As with no regrets
To save enough money for post As activities (Taiwan!)

It looks so innocent when tied up and all, like its nothing much inside. My cousin would get a shock when she opens it man. Hmmm I dont even know if shes allowed to eat sweets lol!

There is never a dull moment with the Blocks I swear. Haha. On my calendar today I put "Blocks outing 6pm to 10pm" And noooo haha it went up to 12am and beyond! Haha. The initial plan was to catch the 6.40pm show of Bodyguards and Assassins first but then it was full house for that slot so we decided to watch the 9.30pm show.
Ate dinner at Cafe Cartel first (of course it was a funny dinner haha), but we didnt sit for long. We left the place arnd 8.30 and guess where we headed to? The so called arcade there! For the machines where you caught an item with 1dollar and stuff. Haha you know what kind la, I dont really know what its called. Anyway! Went crazy with that thing. Its a "cheap" thrill and very very addictive. Between all of us I think we spent abt 30 bucks and only caught 3 small things. HAHA. Jasmine sounded like she was gonna give birth okay!!! LOL everyone was so enthu about the thing and bet all our money on Weirong LOL.

But anyway, headed to watch Bodyguards and Assassins and oh boy that show is damn long okay, abt 2 and a half hrs! All the way frm 9.30pm to 12am. Really! But okay la its not bad especially the fighting parts haha the front was a little draggy but it was intentional I guess to build up the feelings and everything. Jasmine and Sihui was like watching show with all the comments and wincing and everything lol and Yongjie was laughing all the way (poor Biondi!). Lol.
We wanted to grab a 7 seater cab so that all of us cld go home together but we waited for damn long because some ang moh guy stole our cab (!!). In the end we just took seperate cabs home. Lol. We were all like standing arnd at the taxi stand waiting for a big cab to get into the queue. Told ya, never a dull moment. The last Blocks outing we got lost at Marina Bay cos we missed one stop to the MRT and now we missed a cab. Haha.

Its all totally worth it though,I wouldnt mind doing it all over again haha.

When you purchase a new handphone, you are dazzled by all its features, and wouldnt let it out of your hand. However Ive realised, as time goes by, these applications no longer interest you and the usage of the phone dwindles down to the basic of all phones - text messenging and calling. So eventually no matter how good your phone is, in the long run, only the basic functions of the phone for communication is important. And it's memory space of course.

Food for thought haha.

Blocks outing tonight! But for now, going out with my mum to check out stuff. My fan isnt working so we need to get a new one, and her phone is cocked up, the email function at least. Haha.

Havent had much to blog about lately, the family watched Sherlock Holmes on Saturday. Awesome show, I love that they explained about all the so called magic in the end and the tricks that the Count used. I also caught Avatar yesterday. It was long but surprisingly not bad. I wasnt that much into the show before I watched it cos it was overly hyped, especially in Taiwan cos they would screen the trailer during every commercial break on tv. It was everywhere on the streets too, as banners in Taipei. But okay I watched it in the end and not bad not bad. But I hate it when the indegenious cried. I mean, it was damn weird la when they cry. Sounded like a cat being run over by a car. Haha okay kidding but just yeah I winced everytime they made that weird sound. But overall, not bad.

Catching up with dramas everyday now because theres minimal things to do these days. Blocks outing tmr for another movie, Bodyguards and Assassins this time, & then dinner with them:) Last Blocks outing of the year haha cant wait.

New Year's Eve gna be a party at my cousin's place (mum's side again), where theres gna be the gift exchange thing. I wonder who was in charge of buying mine..... haha.

Okay so yesterday Christmas Day, we spent it at home in the morning/afternoon and then at night headed to a wedding dinner at the Fullerton Hotel. My dad's friend's son's (lol) wedding. Our table had my family with another Korean family that we didnt know. Cool right, they were talking Korean to each other and all, but we managed to talk to them get to know them and everything. In English of course, cos they are currently living in Singapore, the oldest son studying in States though but he attended the wedding. Ended abt 10 at night. The gifts were cool, wind-up music boxes (the kind Ive always wanted) and round poker cards. Haha.

Went shopping with my mum just now for gifts for the gift exchange during New Years Eve. Something that my aunt and my dad cooked up. They drew up lots and picked so that everyone had to buy stuff for someone. Kind of like Angel/Mortal game. Got some stuff for myself too yay. New Mac lip gloss and some hair pins from Diva. Haha.

Its a whole different meaning to Christmas this year. Barely any Christmas spirit. The tree that would be placed in the living room 2 weeks before Christmas every year is not there, because no one bothered to buy a new one, and no dad's-friend's-parties this year. Ive been going to the same house every year since I was small, maybe around 3? Yeah. Not this year though. & not forgetting, there's a wedding dinner tonight at the Fullerton. How different can Christmases get man.

KINDER SURPRISE IN TAIWAN EH. Not kinder joy but surprise. Cant believe they still have haha.

Reached our hotel in Taipei, 神旺大饭店, after a damn long drive. Like what, 4 hours please.

First thing was to dinner at Ding tai fung!!! The Taiwan branch beats the Sg one hands down. Service and all were way better.

Day five to the end was all at 台北市 already. Haha there are only a few photos because well, too busy going around trying to shop to take any photos. The camera didnt even make it out the hotel room LOL.

Ya somehow our hotel was opened by the wang wang brand lol.

Off to Taipei 101 to find Sihui!!!!

In taipei at least it was only 4-5 on the scale but in Hualian is like 6.8? Yeah, we were underground and could even feel it so means its quite bad. Lol. Actually! I thought my sister was shaking the table when it happened cos she was like running around and everything. Sihui called just to make sure I was alright haha awwwwww.

Well so thats that for Taiwan. Haha. Christmas Eve party tonight at my cousins' place and wedding dinner tmr :)

I just watched Storm Warriors at Plaza Sg with my mum (slow I know!) & okay it wasnt THAT good but I gotta admit the visual effects were amazing. The fighting scenes were damn cool but omg the actors were super stoic, no words were exchanged, not much anyway. All you hear throughout the whole show was the girls going 风大哥 and 云大哥. Really. Lol. But I thought Charlene Choi looked pretty though. LOL. But cool la, the fighting parts. Too much music though (that aside, they probably have an awesome soundtrack).

Okay now I shall go watch my Hua Mulan DVD lol.

TAIWAN DAY TWO from 台中市 to 溪頭

Okay so morning we took a ride from Taichung city to Xitou in a rented car. Long ride that lasted two hours, thank god for mp3s. Haha.

We were heading to the forest trip that they had arranged for the hotel guests. I didnt bring along my camera because there was no point, the flash wouldnt make it any nicer. Saw the Flying fox aka squirrel that jumps around trees, a frog that is very poisonous and I got sabotaged into being the assistant, and STARS. WHICH ARE DAMN PRETTY COS ITS LIKE A MILLION STARS IN THE SKY. AND I SAW 7 SHOOTING STARS. So super duper pretty I swear!! Its like completely dark and all you see are stars in the sky around the mountains and trees.

Okay so that spells the end of the second day. Next day third day it was another ride to another area. Yeah we changed hotel every night for the first four days before we reached Taipei. Lol.

Right now..... Im hungryyyyy. & I feel like watching a movie in a cinema. I havent done that for so long, I feel deprived. Lol.

TAIWAN DAY ONE in 台中市

Well here we go again. Day by day sypnosis. Haha.

Left Sg for the 12.20pm flight on the 13th to head to Taiwannnnnnn!

Okay so we went for prom then Jieying and I left for Kbox hahaha. At 9pm. Best choice, we were so happy to be out of the ballroom.

The Blocks celebrated my birthday for me yesterday:) At least, the Blocks minus Gary. They kidnapped me!!!!! I thought we were gonna have dinner then movie at Marina Square then they blindfolded me at the MRT where they tricked me that we were going to look for Biondi and Yongjie then lead me to Marina Barrage. Okay la I knew where we were going even blindfolded cause well, Marina Barrage is the only place at Marina Bay MRT haha. Okay it was embarassing and I was complaining about it but secretly deep deep deeeeeeeeep extremely deep inside, I was quite happy la. Haha surprises you know.
So they lead me all the way there for a birthday picnic. The wind was extremely relaxing!!! Very cooling I love it. Haha. Just sat there and chatted and laughed like crazy nuts listening to music. Very very relaxing I swear.

Welllllllllll, I havent had a birthday celebration in a very long time and thank you to the Blocks for celebrating my birthday for me even though my birthday's next week, when Im not around. I'd probably be friendless without you guys really!!!!! :D FOREVER OKAY BLOCKS. HAHA.

Okay so it was TPJC Prom 2009 yesterday. As Ive said I was a bit (understatement) reluctant to go BUT I went in the end. Haha, skipped out on it after 9pm with J and went to Kbox instead! Haha yes I did. Good choice okay, prom was awkward and the food was horrible. Or at least, maybe ours because we had a muslim menu and that menu sucks. REALLY I SWEAR. Other people had lobster broth we had mutton soup. SIGH.
Anyway yeah kbox-ed with J from 9pm to 3am. Haha. Worth it, worth it totally.

Okay after that we had dinner at the Silk Road restaurant at the hotel with some of my grandfather's old friends and all. Quite famous ones okay in newspaper before. Like Force 136 like that. Laughed and laughed abt the games that we used to play last time. At night, we all gathered in the cousins' room again for a game of Monopoly deal. Its a card version of the game. Damn funny okay please, cos its our first time playing.

Damn coincidental man, we didnt manage to contact any but then my grandfather's brother in law managed to see him and talked to us and tada we found everyone on the side of the family. After that we had to go back to the airport to take a plane back to KK. At night we all were super lazy to eat anywhere else so we just ate at the restaurant at the hotel downstairs. Ah welllllll. Lol. I had tea, like a whole pot.

Off we go to the museum. Its a funny thing, the tour guide gave us like half an hour to see the whole place but we just spent 10 minutes strolling through and we're done. The place is... nothing interesting for us young people. Haha. No photos were allowed in the musuem btw. After walking the first level no one wanted to walk already so we just sat at the benches in front of the whale exhibit lol.

Okay so I'll be off to Malaysia as of tomorrow, flight's at 8.40am I think. Haha yup all the way til 3rd Dec. (Pssst eh Blocks whens the next outing! Sihui, go organise haha.) & I finally get to bring my Dslr!! I dont care if its big and huge and I have to lug it around but at least the pictures are going to be nicer!!! Scrapbooking is due when Im back hehe:) Whole family going, maybe thats why Im allowed to bring it. & my dad would probably be looking to get a new camera when we're back, cos the old point-and-shoot camera isnt working anymore, at least the video doesnt playback any sounds. JGS! Fyi last episode was yesterday and when I watched it....awwwwwww. So sad its over!!!

Love these people haha they never fail to make me laugh like crazy. In Faizzah's case, like a mad cow. LOL, or a mad Dot. HAHA. Anyway yeah.

I was at a restaurant yesteday for buffet with my family and I saw this group of friends, 5 guys and 5 girls who are probably abt 20+ and I was like thinking, how awesome would it be if the Blocks could be like that in the future? Haha cool please.

Anyway yes, buffet yesterday was fulfilling, with prawns and lobsters and scallops haha. With sharkfin too, and its buffet nonetheless. Chinese buffet instead of Brazilian though. Had a walk through Clarke Quay after buffet so just nice to exercise off everything that we ate haha. We were tempted to take the Gmax but for sure we'd throw up everything we ate, we were just so full! Ah well next time.

Liting Zixiu and Jaslyn also came over in the afternoon yesterday and Im sure they had fun with the heels, and with the little kids aka my sister and her friend.

Ikea under the pretense of seeing the school counselor. Why, did you think I was actually planning to see the counselor? No way in helllll, the thought of it just makes me cringe. Serious.
Ikea meatballs are still THE BEST. Haha.
Had time to kill after heading to Orchard straight after lunch, so went for an express manicure at Ion. Okay at that time I thought it was a brilliant idea, but now that I think back Im sort of regretting it. I mean omg my money what was I thinking! Too late to back off now but hey, its a pretty shade of green anyway.

Yay Im a happy girl today. Haha. Okay went out to Vivocity with my mum, thank god. Cos I was in Aldo, & the one I liked didnt have my size (it was under sales section) and the rest wasn't very nice. As in, not special at all. I almost forgot about Pedder Red until this lady carrying a paper bag from that shop stepped in my line of view that I was reminded that there were more shoe shops than Aldo. Other than Charles and Keith of course. Yay Im glad I went out. Okay side note, saw a pretty pair of Havaianas in the shop! Striped black/white with pink straps, so nice! Okay anyway yup yup.

Had Toast Box before we left and I gotta say, their food are getting from bad to worse!! I think the food there is just... not nice, like normal only. I have no idea why the long queue. Even their new product, the Ham and cheese toast bread isnt nice even its totally hyped up by everyone. And plus they just gave us a packed set of bread and its not even fresh?! As in like those kind that was put outside on display for long. Yeah the person was like right in front of me, going like, "随便，既然是takeaway就拿这包可以了". SHEESH what bad service. At least expect those kind of freshly toasted right?! Nuh uh. My mother was so pissed she claimed that she wasnt going to patronize the stall ever again. Lol.

Onto the usual school stuff.... Results slips are going to be out tomorrow!!! Yes 8AM and final decisions going to be handed to us on a silver platter. Okay maybe not silver platter but you know what I mean.

Okay so I had holiday lessons today after a whole two weeks without school. It was just... so boring lol. Audi's aircon was spoilt, I swear its forever not working, and Maths was just lol. I spent my afternoon with piano lessons and then sitting at Starbucks with a book just because I dont want to go home just yet. All the way up til now. Yup I finished the entire 300+ paged book. With one Grande drink. Haha. Zachary saw me but apparently he didnt call me! Tsk.

Okay I realise Ive been doing these kinda things lately, just dragging time so that I wouldnt have to go home. Actually these whole holidays Ive been doing weird things. Like waking up and skipping lunch without even realizing it. Yeah, done that. I'll only be hungry at dinnertime. Or when I have a craving for something. Like.... seaweed chicken right now. Haha.

Dropped by Ice Edge Cafe on the way home! Heard that it was quite good so I decided to try. Chose Peach Sorbet to accompany me home haha. Not bad la, they have funny flavours that are supposedly gelato. Yeahhh. The place looks quite cosy, free internet there somemore.

Ive pretty much filled up my Wednesdays and Thursday of this month on piano, so.. yeah not free. Half the reason is that well, I AM free, and another half is that I just dont want to be at home. Out of the house as much as possible thank you very much. Its... very stifling here.

Oh yeah, saw a woman on the MRT carrying her dslr without a lens cap. I was feeling so scared for it just in case it may hit something, or worse, scratched. But somehow, she was totally normal for someone with an exposed lens... tsk.

Ive realised that I havent had a decent lunch ever since the new maid came. Its always either cup noodles, or pasta that I cooked, or nothing at all. Because all she ever cooks for lunch is chicken and vegetable.

Dinner with the family at Paragon's Ding Tai Fung. The usual food and all plus a little more dishes added to the table probably because my mum was feeling particularly adventurous, wanting to try everything. Haha. After dinner, we headed to Taka for some Kinokuniya love!!! :D Hehe me and my brother got four books each and yay I'll soon be indulging myself in some otherworldly story again. We sourced for four books each in 10 minutes cos we reached there at about 9.20pm when the place closed at 9.30pm. Lol. Total bill came up to $123.81 but, I guess my dad's okay with it, cos books = english = studying, right? Hehe.

Well now that Ive decided to go for prom Im trying to convince my mum to buy a new pair of heels for me.

And I hate it that online shopping's now full of bodycon dresses I mean, come on, not everyone has that perfect figure to wear them.

Waking up to the sound of rain hitting against your windows gives you an all different experience from the usual waking up everyday. And better yet, waking up and not having to drag yourself out of bed because you are going to be late for school.
One look out, and the skies are all dark, and the rain's coming down in torrents, blurred lines. The trees are swaying in the breeze and occasionally, bright lights light up the sky, accompanied by a clap of thunder.

In case you're wondering, yes that is Ion haha. Just some isolated back corridor that leads to the carpark part of Ion. Ikea for lunch with Liting today! Meatballsssssss. Its been forever since Ive last went Ikea. The last time was I dont know, before June? Yeah. Super long. I used to go every Monday with Shuhua last time can. Haha. Monday dating right! Anyway! Yeah meatballs today no chicken wings though cos lazy to eat it. Haha that one still have to slowly go and eat so nope. After meatballs was the soft ice cream! We ate standing outside while waiting for the bus and Ive gotta say, today's weather there was really nice!!!! Windy and cold cos it was rainy. So super good I swear. It was so unlike typical Singapore weather.
After that we headed to Tampines there to just hang arnd, walked around Tampines One, then went to Starbucks to just chill. I gotta say, Starbucks really have the Christmas feeling inside. I have no idea why but I just feel like its gna be Christmas soon while sitting in there. Lol.

Yup Bugis street with mother and sister today. The junction was majorly jammed okay, the opening is just too small to squeeze so many people so most people got stuck there when the traffic lights on both sides changed. They should do something about it I figure. I didnt get that much stuff, just like here and there only. My sister got the most stuff!! All the tiny skirts fits her. Lol. No school for the next two weeks, Im the happiest person :D

Okay today my brother got his first phone! Okay not that he didnt have a phone before but all his phones were hand me downs, either from me or my mum. So today, he happy also la. Haha. Rained like crazy, we grabbed umbrellas and walked through mud to get to the mall cos parking was full.

Bugis Street with Atikah today! I havent been there since forever, partly cos Im not free, and also partly cos Ive always dreaded crowded places. But anyway, there I went today. And not bad eh, a lot of their styles changed from the cheapskate looking clothing to much better ones. But of course, the prices went up too. Not that cheap anymore! But anyway yeah managed to get some stuff, but!
One impulsive buy, the moment I paid for it I felt a tinge of regret already but it was too late. So... anyone wanna buy it from me? I got it for $16.90, brand new k. Size 37.

Met Atikah for Kbox today! Initially we had wanted to use the $7 promotion thingy but the person told us that only one drink was included and if you add up all the tidbits and everything the price would be only a dollar lesser than the student price so... we got the student price in the end. But anyway, whatever the case, it was a good 5 hours ^^ Haha very long never go kbox already.

Meeting her tmr again for some shopping. Cant shop that much though, cos I got ipod to save for. Haha yessss my top priority now. Oh welllll,I already got in mind what I wanna get tmr so... just go straight. haha.

Beach cleaning today was tiring. It wasnt so much of actual cleaning of the beach but more like dodging the ant holes and walking walking walking under the scorching sun from Carpark 7 to Carkpark 1. Okay we did clean th beach, at the carpark 7 there only. Other than that we just walked all the way. The walking was a killer. Weather was insane and we were carrying our bags and all and just walked. I never want to do that ever again man. Under the morning sun somemore. Everyone reached school totally worn out. So much for sea breeze too, there werent much of it!

Tmr's games day again. Wednesday, I think we're doing tennis? Well its actually up to you. Volleyball I dont feel like playing, captain ball's not so much fun, too many people already so yeah tennis I guess. Reminds me of tennis last time with the old tennis gang. Haha. First time playing tennis with them we played for 5 hours. I still remember, it was me Sihui Zhiyi and Weirong. Omg the good old days.

Well, at least Monday's gone now. I can tell you frankly,I can't wait for Friday. Even though its PE and all its just... like... omg boring okay. I dont know la but yeah. CIP tmr, beach cleaning apparently.

This morning I had to wake myself up cos I forgot to tell my maid that I have school today. Alarm rang, I dragged myself out of bed, flipped on the lights and off the aircon and I just continued lazing on the bed. Then my maid came into the room, opened the windows and whispered, wake up. LOL. Like this if I didnt have my own alarm I surely wouldnt be able to wake up okay!!!!!
I sense the starting of a whole new late period for me. Hahaha.

I had lunch at Swensons today for my maid's leaving, new maid here and she's ultra blur okay. Put clothes in the washing machine when they were not supposed to be, pulled my drawer and spoiled it, dont even know how to boil pasta tsk. Okay anyway, yeah Swensons. Topless 5 of vanilla, macadamia nut, mocha almond fudge, chocolate peanut buttercup, and cookies and cream. Yum.

After that headed to IMM with parents and sister to look for drawers/shower stuff. Didnt manage to find any lol. But! One thing that Ive noticed. Many people are like wearing leggings with a top!? I mean omg leggings are NOT pants man. Its just so.... weird. And they arent even those nice skinny type who can get away with wearing that. And the top is not even those tunic kind la. Okay I dont know why, seeing these kind makes me go eeeeeee. Like exposing yourself like that can.

With one ear blocked right now, every time Im in a crowded area, the sounds assault my poor one ear. All the sounds are like so muffled and mixed to me right now its so.... hard to hear properly. So annoying please.

Okay maybe thats the reason why Im so tired? Brain working on overdrive to differentiate the sounds. I daresay my ear's quite good last time,my left hears something and I can still pay attention to my right. Omg la now cannot its so weird the feeling to only listen to one side of the place. Okay la actually maybe Im so tired cos Ive been sleeping at like 4 and waking up at 7. Urgh, 3 hours of sleep.

After my long time alone to and fro Orchard, Ive decided that calculating results over again isnt going to work at all. I just kept rethinking those numbers in my head and I swear it isn't healthy. Im going crazy omg. Its time to stop already, its no use anymore right. Yessssssssssss.

Okay yah anyway results are all out already. Im kinda satisfied with mine even though its not enough. But I dont care la for now,I just want to enjoy what I have so far. AND, save like crazy to get my Itouch. Haha.

Agenda for today was to clear up my room as top priority, neaten it and all. Make it more... pleasant to the eye. But however hard I try, my sister always manages to mess it all up all over again. Frustrating much. Every night before I sleep I arrange everything neatly and the next day everything's messy again! I definitely need less things, and more storage space. & things with colours that actually match. Oh boy.

Everything needs to go by a certain colour code but in my room, its not working cos everything's just of different colours. Even the curtains and wall doesnt match okay. Walls are grey/brown with goldish yellow curtains. I have no idea what I was thinking when I chose those curtains. If time travel was possible I'd go back and tell myself to get white/black/grey ones. So much more fitting.

Watched Surrogates just now with my mum/dad. It was quite a cool show I mean, robots and all. But most importantly, it was the message behind it yeah. The guy, Canter, was trying to shut down the surrogates because we were not human without it. We didnt feel pain, nothing. We just sat in the comfort of our own homes and let others do the job for us. So he didnt want that anymore. He wanted to restore the feelings of being human in us.

Being human means... feelings. Feelings that as robots, we do not have. No pain, no happiness, no sadness nothing. Its just... empty. & thats not humane at all. So yup anything we feel... well, at least we're human.

Real loss comes in the form of pain.

Everyday is passing too quickly for my liking. Sure, it may be the holidays soon, but..... we still have to get through the terror of recieving results before anything can happen.

Somehow, that's always the price to pay isnt it. Before you can get anything, and actually relax, you would have to endure something first. You would have to get a satisfactory result to exchange for anything else that you may want more than anything else in the world. Exchange, trades. Deals. Thats what the world is made of. You always have to give up something in order to get another. Nothing's simply give or simply taking here. Its always give and take. Or give, and give without getting anything in return. You're not expected to complain because obviously, its something that you have to do. Everything is just a business deal, a trade, simply put.

You cant get anything without losing something.

Thank goodness I didnt go to school today. I was too tired already, I slept til like 5.30pm okay thats crazy right. Must be all the exhaustion piling up from the past few days. Plus the insane volleyball yesterday. The moment school bell rang, all we did was play volleyball, frm 8am to 12pm okay.

Ah San's ROM today! At Raffles Town Club. Was a quiet ceremony with the solemnizer cracking bad jokes, who laughs and snorts and zhao xia-ed often. Lol. That was the funny part of it. But other than that it was just food. Best part was going to the arcade and table soccer-ing. Haha. Fun okay. 50 cents per game, why not? I won my brother okay! Okay anyway. Here, photos.

Everything that could go wrong will go wrong and did go wrong today.
Starting from the wee hours from the moment I woke up I already knew that things were not gna be the same today like the rest of the days. For one, I forgot to bring my rubberband. Luckily I had the bow one in my bag. Then I had bad stomachache. Then I didnt feel very happy like something's gonna go wrong like that. I almost got knocked by cars thrice in a row. Yeah while I was walking home. Amazing right, small lanes like that I still can not see the car. Zomg today was such a bad day. & when I was walking alone window shopping my mind couldnt stop working man. Everything I saw I wld have a reason in my mind to use it and when to use it and I just kept envisioning stuff that it got hard to focus. Im going crazy.
Honestly speaking, from the morning I already knew I was going to fail, thats the bad feeling Ive got. And its not that I didnt study I did. Its just... a feeling yeah. True enough the paper was freaking hard and I swear Ive not seen the questions before man. So doomed.

Finally yah, promos are over. But the weirdest thing is, I dont feel any much happier than before. Less stress of course but not much happier. No feelings of exhilaration cos its all over or anything at all. Im probably just numb. & of all feelings to have, its the worst to feel numb.

Strutted Orchard by myself this afternoon after piano there. And nope I do not have any going-outs planned for post promos. Not now anyway since most people I hang arnd with usually are either having As, or have plans already. So its just me and my computer. Unless I convince my mum to take me out like next week during marking days. Which is tough cos shes just so busy these days.
