Its a rainy day today.

The best things about rainy days isnt primely the fact that it is well, colder than the rest of the days (which is quite a bonus though given the usual weather in Singapore). Rainy days on days like Sundays, today for example, gives a warm feeling. Like, wow Im home. Cos everyone's usually camping out downstairs, cos its the coolest in the house. Especially the floor, its always so cold, very nice to lie on hehe. But anyway. So like today, we all were downstairs watching DVD together.

海角7号, vanilla wafers, rain, and the whole family watching together, what can beat that? Haha.

Since today was my mum's birthday, we had dinner at night, Korean bbq. & Korean bbq at centrepoint always ends up with books from Times. This was no different haha. Well, new books to hit. Not just boring textbooks. Finally. Ive not read any decent books in a while.

Okay now, I shall be indulging myself into the fantasy world that words allure me into. Haha. Ta :D

When you're on holiday, you're really on holiday.

Im feeling so stoned today, everything's not going well.

Suddenly, theres so many nice shows on tv.

Have you ever had the awkward feeling with someone, when she/he's talking to you but you just do not want to talk to her? Or have nothing to say to her? I probably have. Its like, sometimes, the person talks to you but you are not the mood to talk to him/her at all. So in the end you just have to fake all your smiles all your laughs that is part of your usual conversations. For me, when I feel that way I end the conversation as quick as I can. One two word replies is churned out in order to make my getaway.

The person is like a familiar stranger, you may say. Familiar enough to talk to you, yet a stranger because you barely talk to him/her or have nothing to say to them. The person may be someone you're super close with before, and something have happened but in the end its all going to be the same. And its always the end that matters.

On a lighter note, Monday and Tuesday of the week is gone left with the last 3 days that are always more relaxing than the first 2. Even though Thursday's just a horror but still. Wednesdays and Fridays make it bearable.

Anyway! Ive came across something called a Thousand Portraits here & I was thinking about it today. I mean, how cool can it be if you did it in Singapore?! However I doubt Singaporeans may be willing to stop and smile for your camera. Most of them arent so friendly. But still,its worth a try to see who are the ones nice enough to do that one thing for you yah.

Then again, maybe after October.

& Veronica, you better not come back before November. Lol.

Okay so celebrated Jaslyn's birthday at Cityhall New York New York with Liting and Zixiu yesterday. Liting and I met super early, like 10(!), to buy the balloons and cake. Hehe. Jaslyn didnt know we were meeting early la awwwww. Okay without further ado, these are a few of my favourite pictures frm the day, all of them are up on Facebook alr:)

Liting had to leave at 2+ cos she was sick while the rest of us headed to J.co at Raffles city to chill. & take more photos. Lol! Less than 200 photos in all, surprising. Maybe cos all the unglam ones (well, most of them at least) were deleted alr. Cos the camera was going around so that everyone gets a turn at it and tada, deleted. Lol.

I left earlier to reach home cos there was the family gathering at night. Cousins came over, talked and laughed and stuff. Online stalking eh. Hahahaha. And, we're all getting older man, Zk's hitting 20 please! He's gna join the adult table soon.... LOL.


For today, tennis for PE, omg I cant use two hands to play forehand I was being coached to use one last time okay. So keep getting nagged by the teacher for using a single hand for forehand. Tsk.
Physics lecture was cancelled, Jaslyn you lucky girl. Of all days to skip you choose today, didnt waste your time!!! Should have skipped with her man, also wont get into trouble cos it was cancelled anyway. That would have saved me an hour plus cos before Physics was lunch break. Oh well.

Im supposed to be studying I guess.... last exam's getting closer zomg.

I'm supposed to be doing oreo cheesecake now but I dont like baking. Especially not at this time of the night. So... who cares abt cheesecakes. I dont. I only want the one from Marketplace at Ion! :D

So anyways.

Went to the Science Centre today for the Da Vinci exhibition suppposedly, but it was over already. So we just walked around Science Centre as per normal. Pictures.

Oh yes, watched 吓到笑 on Friday with the guys. Quite funny! Some parts quite shocking cos it just jumps out at you but still, as with all Jack Neo shows, its funny haha. Commando trained mosquitoes LOL.
